The hotel was really hot upon entering but the rooms with a kitchenette were nice, making our stay perfect. The service included a welcome drink, and pet amenities were available, plus tours/ticket assistance. The location, with amazing views from Rm 303, was excellent, walkable from the station and next to public transport, perfect for our needs. The dining experience was really good, offering enough choices; however, the cream cheese was a highlight. The facilities were modern and convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its superb view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice little balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. The location was excellent, conveniently situated near the elevator to the train station. The dining experience could have been better with more variety for the price, but the service was top-notch with pet amenities available. Overall, a great value for the money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. The service was top-notch with a welcoming drink and pet amenities available. The location was outstanding, just opposite the beautiful Lake Geneva.
